We have recently changed to your company to provide our website services and I feel that I should make you aware of how delighted we are with the service your company has provided and operation of the website thus far.

However, all too often a company’s staff are taken for granted and the only feedback is complaint related, In view of this I felt it important to let you know that every member of your staff that I have dealt so far have been a credit to your company both in their professional conduct and their friendly manner.
